Terms and conditions of sale – BLS EVASIONS BY EKYPAGE (for Hotel EKLO)

1° CONFIRMATION :

Reservations are considered definitive upon receipt of a deposit representing 80% of the total amount including VAT.

The balance must be paid no later than January 26, 2025.

No price dispute can be considered after the event, or in the event of a reduction in the number of participants. It is the customer’s responsibility to assess the suitability of the price before the event. 

In addition, for payments (deposit and balance) from abroad, bank charges will be charged to the customer.

By signing this document, you authorize BLS EVASIONS By Ekypage to mention your name and to publish the photos taken at the event.

2° CANCELLATION CONDITIONS :

If you have to cancel your services :

– more than 90 days before : Withholding of 50% of the total amount

– less than 60 days before : Withholding of 60% of the total amount

– less than 45 days before : Withholding of 70% of the total amount

– less than 30 days before : Withholding of 80% of the total amount

– less than 48 hours before : Withholding of 100% of the total amount

Cancellations cannot be accepted by telephone and must be notified by registered letter or e-mail. The date used to define cancellation deadlines is 

giving rise to the above penalties will be the date of receipt of the RAR letter, as evidenced by the postmark or the date of the e-mail.

Art.1: Confirmation to BLS EVASIONS By EKYPAGE implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Art.2: In the event of cancellation for which we are responsible, your deposit will be refunded, less any costs incurred.

3° MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION BY BLS EVASIONS By EKYPAGE :

We cannot be held responsible for cancellations due to bad weather or for safety reasons.

Consequently, deposits cannot be reimbursed.

4° MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER :

Any service interrupted or not consumed by the participant, for whatever reason, will not be reimbursed. 

Any modification causing additional costs to the organizer will be added to the final invoice.

5° SAFETY :

All participants agree to respect the rules of group life, the environment and the equipment provided.

In the event of serious misconduct (theft, disturbance at night, damage, failure to comply with safety regulations), the participant(s) will be excluded immediately without entitlement to compensation.
